Customer service after selling:
LCD module belongs to Component Category Class product, not equipment, which is out of this service.
While using, if LCD module doesn’t work well, we will provide you following service
If the problem that LCD module doesn’t work well is caused by product quality.  We will repair it free of charge. Sometimes, we can replace the module while necessary.
If it is caused by consumer, we will try to repair it.  If we really can’t amend it well, we will return it to maker to check it, which will be charged according to actual cost involved.
If it doesn’t work because LCD tablet and Physical injury, usually, the module can only be replaced.
Taking Control board as a example, If it has quality problem, we will offer one year guarantee of repairing service.
LCD as display, due to there is no international standard.  Different style has different connector and different control board. So there will be difficulty during using.  Our excellent
technology will serve you well.


Common Fault Analysis FOR AD-PLAYER
1. Blank screen, no light and sound, the indicator light not flashing
  * To check if the 220V power supply is normal or the power line from the machine end has been connected with the external power line.
  * To check if the main switch in the anti-theft locking system is off.

2. The machine cannot be put on the hooking board.
  * To check if the baffle of the lock is in the open status. (The machine can be put on and taken off only when the lock is opened.)

3. The machine displays “loading card……” repeatedly
  * To check if the CF card is inserted or properly inserted.
  * To change CF card (In the CF card market, the good ones and the bad ones are intermingled. We intensely suggest you to use the card with high speed and famous brand.

4. Only display but no voice after logging on the machine.
  * To check if the volume is settled at the minimum.
  * To check if the mute switch is on.

5. The remote control doesn’t work.
  * To check if there are batteries inside.

6. The machine can’t play the program although it has been logged in.
  * To check if the format of the program you are going to play is within the format scope supported by the machine.

7. The time set in the machine is not correct.
  * To reset the current time.
  * If the time is still not going correctly after resetting it, it is necessary to change for appropriate batteries from behind the backboard.

8. In case the above mentioned methods are not applicable to the electric problems, you can switch off the power first since the machine is controlled through intelligent CMOS chips.
Then switch on the power and check if the machine is in normal operation. If not, please contact with the suppliers or the professional maintenance engineers.
